New information sheets for teens available
The BHF has produced a series of fact sheets to enable teenage heart patients to understand more about their condition as they start to take more responsibility for their own health. Available to be distributed by health care professionals or for the young people themselves, the information sheets aim to educate teenagers on their condition and problems they are likely to encounter in their teenage years.  The first six titles in the series are available to order now:

C1T - Aortic stenosis

C2T - Coarctation of the aorta

C3T - Large ventricular septal defect

C4T - Pulmonary stenosis

C5T - Tetralogy of Fallot

C6T - Transposition of the great arteries
